  • Purpose: managing business inquiries, the contractual relationship, legal compliance and service improvement.
  • Legal basis: consent of the data subject (forms), contract performance, and compliance with legal obligations (GDPR).
  • Recipients: no data is shared with third parties except a legal obligation or service providers under a data processing agreement (email delivery, hosting). International transfers, when applicable, use EU standard contractual clauses.
  • Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Contact us at the address in the footer to exercise your rights. Response time: 30 business days.
  • Retention: 24 months from the last contact for commercial inquiries; contract duration plus applicable statutory retention periods for customers.
  • Security: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access control, and audit logging of retrieval events feeding every RootNia answer.

Terms of Service

  • 1. Scope. These Terms govern access to and use of the RootNia platform.
  • 2. Acceptance. Using the platform implies full acceptance of the version of these Terms published on this page.
  • 3. License. RootNia grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform during the contract term, for the customer’s own internal business purposes.
  • 4. Customer obligations. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, do not reverse-engineer the platform, and respect the limits of the contracted plan.
  • 5. Intellectual property. All intellectual property rights in the platform belong to RootNia. Content and findings generated from the customer’s own documents remain the customer’s property.
  • 6. Support. Starter: email support, <48h response. Business: priority support 24×5, <24h response. Enterprise: dedicated CSM and a custom SLA.
  • 7. Limitation of liability. RootNia is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from misuse by the customer.
  • 8. Term and termination. Annual term, renewed automatically unless cancelled with 60 days’ notice. Uncured material breach within 20 days allows immediate termination.

Accessibility Statement

  • RootNia aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website.
  • Perceivable: descriptive alt text on non-decorative images, minimum 4.5:1 contrast for text, layout that remains usable when resized up to 400%.
  • Operable: all interactive controls are reachable and usable by keyboard, no automatic flashing content, visible focus states.
  • Understandable: consistent navigation, page language declared (lang="en" / "es"), form fields with associated labels, clear error messages.
  • Robust: semantic HTML, ARIA attributes only where semantic HTML is not enough (aria-expanded, aria-controls, aria-live on the FAQ and forms).
  • Motion: the site respects prefers-reduced-motion and disables non-essential animation for users who request it.
  • Known gaps: this is a young product and some pages may not yet meet every AA criterion. Let us know if you run into an accessibility barrier.
